The Company’s humble beginnings started with only limited number of clients which we served with utmost dedication and perseverance. Capitalizing on the extensive experience and excellence of our people, we continue to deliver quality projects to successful completion. Today, the Company provides construction services for some of the country’s largest fast food chains and medical institutions.
Since 2022, the Company has been awarded Category “B” in PCAB Categorization.

Meet Our Leaders
ENGR. OLIVER V. LUCERO, PECE
PRESIDENT & CEO
Engr. Oliver is a seasoned electronics engineer with over two decades of combined experience. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle University – Manila in 2001.
Prior to joining the Company, he served as the Head of Network Engineering in one of the leading connectivity solutions providers in the Philippines. Since 2018, Engr. Oliver has made notable improvements to the company as its President and CEO. These include the introduction of new clients and industry verticals, increase in revenue and net profit, and steering the company through the COVID-19 pandemic. To date, he continues leading the company towards growth and development.
ENGR. JOHN EDWARD C. LAYOG, CE
HEAD, OPERATION
Engr. Jed, as his workmates call him, is a licensed civil engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Rizal Technological University – Mandaluyong. He was a working student during his college years, and worked as a liaison officer, and subsequently a project coordinator, in one of the construction companies in Metro Manila.
After earning his license in December 2014, he was promoted as the Project Engineer of the same company. In 2017, Engr. Jed decided to join OMARA and has since become one of the pioneer employees who labored the success in starting the business.
ARNEL T. TAULE JR., CPA
HEAD, FINANCE & ADMIN
Sir Arnel is a Certified Public Accountant with 9 years combined experience in audit, taxation, business process reviews, due diligence, and general accounting. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy in 2015 from Far Eastern University – Manila and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Prior to joining OMARA, he served as the Finance Manager of a leading restaurant, leading fuel company, and leading car manufacturer in the Philippines.
Currently, Sir Arnel is a graduating law student from Centro Escolar University while serving as the Finance and Admin Manager of the company.
